What’s one thing you can do for yourself before sleep to calm your nervous system down?

At my casa right now it’s looking exactly like this.

My fluffy assistants and I on the sofa with a cosy blanket on this rainy evening. And my journal and sketch book at hand.

To tune into this question from another angle, ask yourself;

What would soothe me most in this moment?
How is my breathing right now? What would help me slow my breath?
What helps me feel more calm?
